The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a unique and innovative design that added a fun and quirky touch to our stay. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with nice messages on the pillows and mirror. We also appreciated the small touches like the free FREITAG bag to borrow for city trips and the Bluetooth loudspeaker provided for our use. The breakfast offered a great selection and the hotel's location was perfect - right outside the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and reach the old town in just 15 minutes. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely return for our future visits to this city.

Walkable distance to city center or tram available. Comfortable and warm with a professional and kind staff. Good breakfast despite poor bakery quality.

The hotel is conveniently located, being pretty close to the city center and near to the train station. It is also just next to metro line 4 and close to trams. The rooms are cozy and stylish, with nicely selected colors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is generally nice. Guests can also enjoy facilities like a sauna, bicycles, and a souvenir shop.

One negative aspect is that the pillows in the room are too thin.
